Birkenstockmallonline hopes you like what you ordered! But if you are not 100% satisfied, our return process is very simple.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. Shipping is free on the first return of any order. You must use the shipping label we provide and then send the package back postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. After you have returned the items in your order, but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date. There are two ways to do this.
You can use the shipping label we provide and pay a shipping fee of $8.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account upon your request.
